How do I bill a commission that is a percentage of the price?
Tap the sale or lease commission and type the agreed amount (for example 2.5% of the price); GST is added on the agency's fee only, never on the price or the rent itself.
Can I bill a landlord every month for managing their properties?
Yes. Bill the management fee per unit with the period on the line, on account; the invoices build up on the landlord's statement and ageing.
Does it keep the broker licence and title deeds?
Yes. Document management has the broker licence (FAL or RERA) for the office and each agent with its expiry reminder, and title deeds and client contracts for each client.
