Can I sell a package of sessions and follow what is left?
Yes. Sell the package with the first session date; it opens on the Treatment plans board and moves on to all sessions done and closed.
Does the invoice show the patient's condition?
No. The invoice line carries the patient's name, the practitioner and the next session only.
Can I keep practitioners' licences with their expiry dates?
Yes. Add each practitioner's licence in Documents with its number and expiry date, and you are reminded before it lapses.
Does StartERP follow State Revenue Committee VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your BIN / IIN, VAT at 16% and totals in tenge, following State Revenue Committee requirements. VAT invoices with BIN and VAT shown separately.
