Loyalty points

What it does for your business

Every sale to a named customer earns points, at the POS and on sales invoices. Set how much spend earns a point, what a point is worth, the fewest points to use and when points expire, and tiers such as Silver and Gold by what a customer spent in the last 12 months, each earning more. The cashier sees the customer's points and uses them as a discount before VAT; a return takes its points back. See each member's balance and what all the points held are worth.
