Can the cashier type the amount instead of the litres?
Yes. Pick By amount and type what the customer asked for; the litres are worked out to three decimals and the bill shows both.
How do I check the cash against the pumps?
With the Forecourt add-on, close a meter sheet at the end of each shift: the nozzle readings give the amount and the sheet shows the cash short or over after card and credit.
Does it track fuel lost from the tanks?
Yes. Each tank dip is set against the book stock of its fuel, so evaporation, leaks or meter drift show as litres lost, and the fuel dashboard adds them up.
Is the StartERP POS approved for ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 1 (QR code) is included on every invoice. Phase 2 integration with Fatoora is an add-on module: invoices are generated as UBL 2.1 XML, signed with your CSID certificate and cleared or reported automatically.
