Can a customer mix flavours in one cup?
Yes. A double or triple scoop takes several flavours, and premium flavours like pistachio or salted caramel add their own price.
Does it track cones, cups and cream in stock?
Yes, with the Recipes & food cost add-on: every sale takes its cone or cup, cream, milk and sugar from stock, and the waste log keeps melted or broken stock.
Can I take ice cream cake orders?
Yes. Sell the ice cream cake with the writing on it and the pickup day in the note, and take a deposit as a partial payment.
Is the StartERP POS approved for ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 1 (QR code) is included on every invoice. Phase 2 integration with Fatoora is an add-on module: invoices are generated as UBL 2.1 XML, signed with your CSID certificate and cleared or reported automatically.
What hardware do I need?
Any PC, laptop, tablet or phone with a modern browser. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners that type into the browser work out of the box, and receipts print on 80 mm thermal or A4 printers.
