What it does for your business
When a waiter sends an order from the POS, each station sees its own dishes on a kitchen screen: the grill its grills, the tandoor its breads, the drinks counter its drinks. A timer on every ticket turns amber then red, cooks tap each dish ready and bump the ticket, and the waiter sees the table is ready. The prep-time report shows which station and dish keeps guests waiting. Kitchen printers print the same tickets by themselves, each kitchen its own dishes, for tables and takeaway alike.
