Customer wallet

What it does for your business

Customers leave money with you in their wallet and spend it on later visits. Top up at the counter, take the wallet as a payment at the POS and on sales invoices, and refund returns into it instead of cash. Money in a wallet is booked as held for the customer, not as a sale, so no VAT until it is spent. Every receipt that used the wallet prints what is left, and clients see their balance in the client portal.
