Sender, receiver and airway bill on the receipt
Each shipment asks for the sender, the receiver and their phone, the destination, the airway bill or waybill number and the weight, and prints them on its line.
Cash on delivery
Note the cash your agent collects from the receiver, charge the COD fee, and settle with overseas agents as vendors.
WhatsApp tracking
The Shipments board follows each box from booked to shipped, at destination and delivered, and sends the receiver a WhatsApp update with the waybill and the step.
Boxes and packing from stock
Cargo boxes, tape, bubble wrap and flyer bags are stocked goods: scan them onto the same bill and see what is left.

Can I keep a rate per kg for each country?
Yes. Each lane is a service sold per kg (or per box for door-to-door), with its own price; change the rates on the products list whenever the airline or the shipping line changes theirs.
How does the receiver know where the box is?
Each shipment keeps the receiver's phone. On the Shipments board, mark it shipped, at destination or delivered and press Send update: WhatsApp opens with the waybill number and the step, ready to send.
Does StartERP follow Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen) VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your CVR number (VAT), VAT at 25% and totals in kroner, following Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen) requirements. Invoices with your CVR number and moms at 25%; OIOUBL / Peppol files for public customers.

Any PC, laptop, tablet or phone with a modern browser. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners that type into the browser work out of the box, and receipts print on 80 mm thermal or A4 printers.
