Can I bill a monthly rental to a company on account?
Yes. Choose the company as customer and pay on account; the invoice goes to its statement and ageing.
How are extra kilometres and fuel charged?
From the Charges after return tab: type the amount, enter the plate and the charge prints on its own invoice line.
Does StartERP follow Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen) VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your CVR number (VAT), VAT at 25% and totals in kroner, following Danish Tax Agency (Skattestyrelsen) requirements. Invoices with your CVR number and moms at 25%; OIOUBL / Peppol files for public customers.
