Does the POS record IMEI numbers?
Yes. Every phone sold needs its IMEI, which is validated (15 digits with a check digit) and checked so the same unit cannot be sold twice.
Can I manage repairs in the same system?
Yes. Create a repair ticket with the fault, estimate, ready-by time and deposit, track it on the repair board and load it to the bill on collection.
Does StartERP follow Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your Tax ID (NPWP), VAT at 11% and totals in rupiah, following Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) requirements. Invoices with NPWP and VAT (PPN).
