Yes. The international freight services of the starter catalog carry a 0% rate in VAT countries; bill them apart from local services, as one invoice carries one rate.
Can I follow a shipment after invoicing?
Yes. Courier, freight, customs and moving jobs open on the Shipments board, where you mark each in transit, arrived or delivered.
Does StartERP follow Agenzia delle Entrate VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your P.IVA (Partita IVA), VAT at 22% and totals in euros, following Agenzia delle Entrate requirements. Invoices with Partita IVA and VAT at 22%, 10%, 5% and 4%.
