How is play time charged?
Each station has its own hourly rate. Time is billed per 15 minutes after a 3-minute grace (VR and sims per 30 minutes), and moving to another station keeps time already played at the old rate.
Can players buy hours in advance?
Yes. Hour packs with bonus hours are held on a membership card by mobile number and used on PS5 and PC stations.
Does StartERP follow National Tax Service (NTS) VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your Business registration no., VAT at 10% and totals in won, following National Tax Service (NTS) requirements. Receipts and tax invoices with your BRN and VAT at 10%.
What hardware do I need?
Any PC, laptop, tablet or phone with a modern browser. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners that type into the browser work out of the box, and receipts print on 80 mm thermal or A4 printers.
