Can I sell oud oil by the tola?
Yes. Each tola or ml size is a product with its own price and stock, and the unit prints on the invoice.
Can staff filter by scent family?
Yes. Concentration, volume and scent family are set on the product form and show as filters on the POS screen.
Do I charge VAT in Kuwait?
No. Kuwait has no VAT, so StartERP prints clear invoices and receipts with no VAT line, in Arabic and English.
What hardware do I need?
Any PC, laptop, tablet or phone with a modern browser. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners that type into the browser work out of the box, and receipts print on 80 mm thermal or A4 printers.
