How do I bill members every month?
Sell the first month at the front desk, then keep the plan as a recurring contract (Recurring contracts add-on). Each month the contract shows as due and Bill now makes that month's invoice, unpaid until the member pays.
Can I book a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Tap the room, type the member and the date, and set the quantity to the hours booked; a full day or the training room is sold by the day.
How does member check-in work?
Every plan, pass and room booking opens on the Check-ins board once it is paid or booked on account. The front desk moves it to checked in when the member arrives and to checked out when they leave.
