How are quotations calculated?
Enter each room's area and the quantities for floor, walls, ceiling and light points are worked out automatically, then priced at the chosen finish tier. Every quantity can be edited.
Can I bill in milestones?
Yes. Projects bill 50 percent on signing, 40 percent mid-works and 10 percent at handover, each tracked as pending, invoiced or paid.
Does StartERP follow Agencia Tributaria (AEAT) VAT rules?
Yes. Invoices show your Tax ID (NIF / CIF), VAT at 21% and totals in euros, following Agencia Tributaria (AEAT) requirements. Full and simplified invoices with NIF and IVA at 21%, 10% and 4%.
