How do I bill a labour camp mess every month?
Add the Mess contracts & headcount add-on, keep the site's rate per head of each meal with its minimum, and record the headcount each day. When the month closes press Bill month: one invoice with a line per meal, each day's heads or the minimum when higher, at the rate.
Can I take event and wedding catering orders too?
Yes. Buffets per guest, trays and platters, meal boxes and event services (waiters, buffet setup, live cooking, delivery to the site, crockery hire) go on the same order; big orders and their kitchen batches go on the Kitchen production add-on.
