What it does for your business

Keep each client's mess contract once: the camp, site, hospital or school you feed, the rate per head of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, and the minimum the client pays for on a day a meal is served. Record each day's headcount at every meal in a few taps, see the menu of the day from your menu cycle and tomorrow's meals for the kitchen, and spot the days nobody counted.
