- Shipping your salesShip each sale with the carriers of your country and follow it to the door. In Saudi Arabia: SMSA, Aramex, SPL (Saudi Post), Naqel, J&T, Zajil, DHL, FedEx, UPS, the aggregators OTO and Torod, your own truck, or customer pickup. Every shipment keeps its carrier, service (standard, express, same day, heavy freight, pallets or international), AWB, parcels, weight, cash on delivery, what the carrier charges and what the customer paid, with a tracking link and a WhatsApp update. The board shows the shipments by status and carrier, the late ones, the cash on delivery the carriers still owe you and your shipping margin. Part of the Shipping & carriers add-on.
- Carrier accounts and ratesSwitch on the carriers you ship with, keep each one's account number and API keys, and type its rate card: the price for the first kilos, the price per extra kilo, the cash-on-delivery fee and the usual days. Compare carriers uses these to show the cheapest. API keys are kept encrypted and never shown again, only their last four characters.
