Weigh the box, tap the lane (air cargo to India, sea cargo to the Philippines, a large door-to-door box) and key in the kilos: the sender, the receiver and their phone, the destination, the airway bill and any cash to collect on delivery go on the receipt. Boxes, tape and bubble wrap scan in from stock, cargo leaving the country is zero-rated, and every shipment moves from booked to shipped, at destination and delivered on the Shipments board, with a WhatsApp update to the receiver at each step.
Made for door-to-door cargo shops, air and sea cargo agents and balikbayan box and parcel senders in Egaila, from The Gate Mall and Al Bairaq Mall to Al Oqaila Family Park.
Cargo Service Software on an iPad or Android tablet.
The same POS when the counter is busy.
Egaila's malls, beach and university campus bring shoppers, students and families into the area, so restaurants, cafés, salons and fitness studios here trade well into the evening, especially at weekends.
Shops and offices in The Gate Mall, Al Bairaq Mall, American University of the Middle East, Egaila Beach and Al Oqaila Family Park run StartERP from any browser, tablet or phone, with nothing to install and no server to keep.
Take cash, KNET and Apple Pay or "on account", and split one bill across methods; every payment lands in the day's cash-up.
Clear invoices and receipts; no VAT is charged, with your commercial registration on every invoice issued in Egaila.
Staff in Egaila switch the screens between Arabic and English, and customers get bilingual receipts on paper or WhatsApp.
Open a second branch in Fahaheel and Ahmadi and run both from one account, each with its own invoice numbering, stock and cash drawer.
Daily sales, shifts and reports close on Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3), so a late-night sale counts on the right day.
Families in Egaila come in for family visas, passport renewals and the summer holiday booking, often in one visit. Put every service on one invoice with each applicant's passport number, and follow each file until it is delivered.
Graduates in Egaila need certificates attested and translated before they apply for jobs or study abroad. Price legal translation by the page, record the document number on every line, and track each attestation on the files board.
