Each formula costs the base can plus every tint at its cost a litre against the price of the tinted can, so the colours sold below cost or on a thin margin show first.
Finish, can size and base
Find a paint by its finish (matt, silk, gloss), its can (1 L, 4 L, 18 L) and its base, in ten sections from interior paints to thinners and tapes.
Batch and shade numbers
Write the batch / shade number of each can on the invoice line, and keep batches with their shelf life, so more cans for the same wall match.
Contractors on credit, walk-ins at the shelf price
Contractors, painters, developers and facilities teams buy at contract prices on 30 to 60-day terms with their credit left on screen; a home owner pays the shelf price.

Can I save the colour I mixed for a customer?
Yes. With the Tint formulas add-on each colour keeps its code, base paint, can size and tints in ml; next time pick it on the counter and its tints show for the new can size.
Do I know what a tinted can costs me?
Yes. Each formula adds the base can's cost and every tint at its cost a litre, against the price of the tinted can, and lists the colours sold below cost or under 15% margin first.
Can I sell to painting contractors on credit?
Yes. Pick the contractor's account for its contract price and credit terms with the credit left on screen, or tap Walk-in customer to sell at the shelf price and take payment at once.
