How are empty bottles and deposits tracked?
At the counter a refill notes the empties brought back and charges the bottle deposit for each one not returned. With the Water delivery add-on each customer's account keeps the bottles out with them and the deposit held, updated by every van trip.
Can drivers take coupons instead of cash?
Yes. Sell coupon books at the counter and record the book on the customer; each trip stop records the coupons taken, so the coupons left are always known and StartAI Radio names the customers who need a new book.
Can I rent out water dispensers?
Yes. Mark the customer's dispenser as rented with its monthly rent; the delivery board totals the dispensers out on rent, and the rent, cleaning and installation are services on the bill.
