Step-by-step guides
- Credit notes (customer refunds)Pay money back to customers with a credit note: refunds of advances or payable disbursements, reported to the tax authority. A credit note can also pay a vendor, for example a pending purchase.
- Debit notes (customer receipts)Record money received from customers as a debit note, either as an advance payment or linked to an invoice, and report advances to the tax authority. A debit note can also be made out to a vendor, for a refund the vendor pays you.
