Every paid online order then arrives in StartERP as a sales invoice, reported to ZATCA like your shop's own sales, with the customer found by phone or added, the items matched to your products by SKU or barcode, and the money kept in a Zid payouts account until Zid pays it to your bank. A paid order cancelled or refunded on Zid gets a sales return of its whole invoice, and a check every 15 minutes catches any order a notification missed.
