Can I let the same apartment by the night and by the month?
Yes. Pick the nightly, weekly or monthly rate on the till; the stay keeps its dates, so the rack and occupancy count the real nights either way.
How do I take a security deposit?
A deposit is not a sale: take it as a customer receipt and return it when the guest leaves, or keep it on the tenancy contract for a yearly lease.
Can I bill electricity and water by the meter?
Yes. Type the units used since the last reading as the quantity of the kWh or m³ line, with the apartment no., and it lands on the guest's folio.
