Tap a 5-gallon refill, type the full bottles handed over and the empties brought back, and the counter adds a deposit for each bottle that did not come back. Each customer has a delivery account with the round, the days, the bottles per visit, the bottles out with them and the deposit held; coupon books are sold and counted down at every stop, the van trip records what was loaded, delivered, collected and brought back, and the delivery board shows who is due today and still not visited.
