Fiscal receipts (ZRA Smart Invoice, TRA EFD/VFD)

What it does for your business

Zambia's ZRA Smart Invoice and Tanzania's TRA EFD / VFD ask every VAT-registered business to issue each sale as a fiscal receipt. Enter your TPIN and VSDC (Zambia) or your TIN, VRN and device codes (Tanzania) once, and StartERP prints them on every receipt with each line's tax code. Issued receipts can't be changed (corrections go through a return), and a daily check shows the receipt numbers, any missing number and the Z reports, with the day's VSDC or VFD file to download.
