Does it show occupancy, ADR and RevPAR?
Yes. The hotel dashboard and the room rack work them out from the stays sold: occupancy is room nights sold over rooms available, ADR is room revenue per night sold and RevPAR is room revenue per room available.
Can the restaurant charge to the guest's room?
Yes. Type the room number on the restaurant, room service, minibar, laundry or spa bill and it joins the guest's folio, to be paid at check-out.
Does it connect to Booking.com and Expedia?
Each stay keeps its channel and the channel report works out the commission. Rates and availability are not pushed to the channels; a live channel manager needs a certified partner.
