What it does for your business

Weddings, conferences, birthdays and meetings are booked by hall, date and time with the client, guests, menu, set-up and deposit, tentative first and confirmed when the deposit is in. A hall cannot be booked twice at the same time. The event is billed on the POS events tab and its invoice number is kept on the booking.
