Set a rule once and StartERP does the follow-up: WhatsApp a customer 3, 7 and 14 days after an invoice falls due, follow up quotations with no answer, tell the team when a product reaches its minimum stock or a batch or an employee's residence permit is about to expire, and thank customers after a sale. Rules can send an in-app notification, an email, a WhatsApp message or a signed webhook. Quiet hours, a daily limit and a test run keep it safe, and the run log shows who got what. - Automation rulesRules that work by themselves: when something happens (a sale, quotation, purchase or lead is made; a lead or service job reaches a stage), a day comes (an invoice is overdue, a quotation has no answer, a batch or an employee's ID is about to expire) or a number crosses a line (low stock, yesterday's sales below a target), the rule sends an in-app notification, an email, a WhatsApp message or a webhook.
