- DocumentsFile the papers of your employees, customers, vendors and the business itself (residence permit, passport, licences, contracts, the CR and VAT certificate) with their expiry dates. Every version of the scan is kept, and the store is warned before anything expires. Part of the Document management add-on.
- Document typesThe kinds of paper a store files: who they are for, whether they expire, how many days before expiry to remind, and how long to keep them. A store starts with the types of its country and business category (residence permit and CR in Saudi Arabia, Emirates ID and trade licence in the UAE, FSSAI for Indian food businesses...) and can add its own.
