How do promotions work at the till?
Promotions such as buy 2 get 1 free, multi-buy prices and department discounts are applied automatically as items are scanned, and the total saving prints on the receipt.
Can cashiers cancel items on their own?
Voiding a line or a whole sale asks for a supervisor PIN, which keeps cancellations under control on busy lanes.
