Jeddah
A Grocery POS made for Jeddah
The Red Sea port city and gateway for pilgrims runs on trade: the historic souqs of Al Balad, fashion and dining along Tahlia and Prince Sultan streets, and importers supplying the whole western region.
The neighbourhood baqala in Al Safa, Al Salamah or Al Marwah sells hundreds of small items a day, often on credit to regular customers. Scanning, fruit and veg by the kilo and a customer credit book (daftar) keep the counter fast and the balances right.

The payments Jeddah customers use
Take cash, mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay or "on account", and split one bill across methods; every payment lands in the day's cash-up.
15% VAT done right
ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2 (Fatoora) e-invoicing, with your VAT registration number on every invoice issued in Jeddah.
Arabic and English
Staff in Jeddah switch the screens between Arabic and English, and customers get bilingual receipts on paper or WhatsApp.
Branches across Saudi Arabia
Open a second branch in Makkah and Taif and run both from one account, each with its own invoice numbering, stock and cash drawer.
Reports on Jeddah time
Daily sales, shifts and reports close on Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3), so a late-night sale counts on the right day.

Grocery POS and local trade in Jeddah
Imported stock on Jeddah shelves
Goods landing at the port in Jeddah reach shops in large, mixed shipments. Receive them against the purchase order, scan their barcodes into stock, and watch low-stock alerts so the next order goes out before a shelf runs empty.
Visitor seasons at Jeddah counters
When religious visitors fill Jeddah, gift, perfume and grocery counters face long queues of buyers in town for a few days. Price-point keys and barcode checkout keep each sale short, and bilingual receipts help visitors who do not read Arabic.
Retail and wholesale at one counter
In a market town like Jeddah, the same counter serves a family shopping for the week and a shopkeeper from the next town. The wholesale price applies on its own when the quantity is reached, and credit customers go on account.
