What it does for your business
Pick the month and the run is worked out for every employee: the pay on their record, part months for joiners and leavers, absences and overtime from Attendance & shifts, unpaid and partly paid sick leave from Leave requests, and the share of any advance to take back. Your country's social insurance and pension are taken at the law's rates for the month (GOSI, GPSSA, SPF, GRSIA, SIO, PIFSS, EPF and ESI), with your own rates where your agreement differs, and the end-of-service provision is set aside each month. Lines with a missing IBAN or ID, or pay that moved since last month, are flagged before you approve. Add a bonus or a fine to one line, leave someone out, then approve it yourself or send it to your approval policy. Posting records the salaries, contributions and provision in the ledger; you download the WPS, Mudad, ECR or bank file, record the payments in one step, and every employee opens their payslip on their phone.
