Every row is checked, Arabic text from old files is read right, and the totals are compared with the old system's own reports: nothing is committed until every figure matches. The old documents stay read-only and are never reported to the tax authority again, and a migration can be undone.

- Data migrationMove in from the desktop system you used before (a vendor's app on SQL Server, Tally, Al-Ameen, Onyx, QuickBooks Desktop or Excel): its invoices, returns and bills with what is still owed, and its opening trial balance. Every row is checked, the totals are compared with the old system's own reports, and nothing is committed until every figure matches.
