What it does for your business
Open a chart for each admitted patient, straight from the bed board. The doctor's orders go in with the dose, the route and how often, and their times follow: twice a day falls due at 08:00 and 20:00. The medicine round lists the day's doses in time order, the overdue ones flagged, and the nurse marks each one given, held or refused with the reason. Vitals are charted with the fever, low oxygen or blood pressure out of range picked out, intake and output give the 24-hour balance, and the notes keep the shift's observations. Every entry carries who wrote it and when and is never changed or deleted; an order is stopped, not removed. The charts are open only to clinical staff and are never read by StartAI.
