Book each guest's retreat from the first enquiry: the programme, the nights, the flight and arrival time, the airport pickup, the room and the deposit. A room is never given to two guests on the same night. The arrivals board lists who lands in the next days, with flight and pickup, so the driver and the room are ready. In India the law asks for a Form C within 24 hours of a foreign guest's arrival: the board counts down each one and marks it late, until the application number is entered.
