Steps

  1. Business info: check the names (English / Arabic), VAT number, CR and National address, then press “Save & continue”.
  2. Logo: drop a square PNG, JPG or SVG (at least 256 × 256 px) and check the invoice preview, then “Continue” — or “Skip for now”.
  3. Products: “Upload CSV file” or paste rows from Excel (or “Use sample data”), check the preview, then press “Import … products”.
  4. First sale: read the four-step tour, then “Create my first sale” to open a new sales invoice, or “Got it, continue”.
  5. WhatsApp & ZATCA: switch “Turn on for my store” for each, or open their settings; both are optional.
  6. Press “Finish setup” to go to your dashboard.

Tips

  • Click any step in the left list to jump to it; “Save & exit” at the top leaves now and keeps your progress.
  • Business info rules: VAT 15 digits starting and ending with 3, CR 10 digits, building no. 4 digits, postal code 5 digits; additional no. if given is 4 digits.
  • CSV import needs a name column (nameEn or nameAr) and a retailPrice column; other columns (code, unit, category, purchasePrice, qty, barcode, partNo, min) are optional.
  • Rows with errors (missing name or price, non-numeric values, duplicate or existing code) are skipped; rows without a code get one automatically. Opening qty goes to the first warehouse.
  • Arabic names import correctly when the file is saved as “CSV UTF-8” in Excel.
  • ZATCA Phase 2 needs an OTP from fatoora.zatca.gov.sa; Phase 1 QR codes work right away without it.
