Steps

  1. Open Attendance & shifts → Today. The top line counts the staff who came, those late, those not in or absent, those at work now and those off or on leave.
  2. Pick another day under Day to look back. Use the status buttons and the search to narrow the list, such as Late or a department.
  3. Press Correct on a row to put a day right: the check-in and check-out times, or mark it as leave or a day off. A reason is required and is kept on the day with your name.
  4. The line under the list gives the overtime rule in use: the extra percent on normal days, at night, on rest days and on public holidays, by your country's labour law unless the store set its own rates.

Tips

  • A check-in after the shift's grace minutes is late. Someone checked in with no check-out four hours after the shift ends shows Without check-out.
  • Overtime is the time worked beyond the shift, counted in blocks of 15 minutes by default (Set-up changes the block).
  • In a demo store the day runs in your browser on the demo's clock, which starts at 10:30.
