Steps

  1. Open Government → Expiring board. The tiles count the papers by how soon they end; the overdue government transactions sit on top.
  2. Pick the horizon (30, 60, 90 or 180 days) and a column (Expired, 7, 30, 60 or 90 days) to work through what is due.
  3. Press "Start renewal" on a row: a new government transaction opens prefilled with the paper and its holder. Save it and the row shows the renewal's status from then on.
  4. Click a row to open the document or the employee; click a renewal badge to open the transaction.

Tips

  • The sidebar badge counts papers expired or ending within 30 days; Transactions counts the open ones past their due date.
  • Employee dates appear only for users who may view HR; filed documents appear for everyone signed in.
  • Government → Connectors lists each authority's official data route. For now only the StartERP team can open it. None is granted yet, so records are entered by hand or from their documents; every fetch attempt is logged there.
