Steps

  1. Open Settings → Store settings and pick the Modules tab.
  2. Included modules are the green boxes: part of your plan at no extra cost. Their settings stay on the other tabs (for example POS terminal and Card machines).
  3. Add-on modules show Enabled or Not enabled. A removed module shows the date it stays usable until; one waiting for payment shows that too.
  4. Press the settings icon on an enabled add-on module to see its switches and settings together, e.g. Procurement AI: the RFQ bot switch, RFQ settings, Email, Google and AI models.
  5. Change what you need and press Save settings. All modules takes you back to the list.
  6. Share with stores: press the share icon on Customers, Vendors or HR, tick the stores that should see this store's records and press Save settings. Those stores then list, search and open your customers, vendors or employees with their own, marked with your store's code; an edit there changes your record, and a record they create stays theirs.
  7. To add or remove a module, press Add or remove modules: it opens Subscription & billing.

Tips

  • Many add-on modules? Search them by name or description, turn the pages with the arrows under the boxes, or press Enabled to see only the ones your store has.
  • A long module description shows its first three lines; press More to read the rest and Less to fold it again.
  • The settings icon stays greyed out on included modules and on add-on modules your store has not got.
  • The settings here are the same as on the other tabs: a change made in one place shows in the other.
  • A store that started before module pricing has every module, so every add-on module's settings icon opens.
  • Settings → Modules and the add-on lists at sign-up leave out modules that make no sense to your business: a business that sells only services is not offered Warehouses, nor Delivery notes unless it is a travel agency or business centre. A module your store already has always stays listed.
  • The item search bar on sales, purchase and other document forms and on the POS terminal follows your Products and Services modules: “Search products” with Products only, “Search services” with Services only, and “Search products or services” with both.
  • A new store's business category decides which of the two is included: service businesses (salons, barbers, tailoring, workshops, contracting, interior design, software, gaming, travel and business centres) get Services, every other business gets Products. The other one is an add-on.
  • Sharing is one way and per module: the store that owns the records decides who sees them. Only the master data (customers, vendors, employees) can be shared; invoices and other documents always stay with the store that issued them. Switching a share off keeps every record where it is.
