Capture enquiries
Enquiries from your own website land as leads by themselves: copy the form snippet, paste it on any page and every submission creates a lead with the campaign and utm_* tags of the link the visitor came from. A repeat enquiry from the same phone or email is logged on the open lead instead of making a second one. The store's enquiry key signs the form; rotate it if it leaks. Part of the CRM: leads & pipeline add-on.
Steps
- Open CRM → Capture enquiries. Your enquiry key is shown at the top; the form snippet below already carries your store and key.
- Press Copy and paste the snippet into your website page (in Arabic the form is right-to-left). Visitors fill their name, phone or email, what they need and a message; a hidden field stops bots.
- Use "Try it" to send one enquiry the way the website does: a new lead appears under Leads with the source you chose, and a notification is raised under the bell.
- Press "New key" if the key leaked: the old snippet stops working at once, so paste the new one on your website.
Tips
- Link your ads to the page with utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign in the address: the lead keeps them, and gclid or fbclid as the ad click id, so the conversion report can tell the channels apart.
- Enquiries are limited per hour from one address; the public endpoint never exposes your leads.
