Card machines
Connect the shop's card machines so the POS sends the invoice amount to the machine and records the payment by itself. Each provider has a step-by-step guide, its partner route and its prices.
Steps
- Open Settings → Card machines and press Add card machine.
- Pick your bank or payment company. Only providers offered in the store's country are listed; the badge says how it connects: sends amounts through the cloud, through the Card Bridge on the shop computer, or guide only.
- Give the machine a name for the till (e.g. Counter 1), choose Live or Test, and fill in the details the guide shows where to find (terminal ID, IP address, keys).
- Read the guide tabs: Get a machine, Find the details, Connect, Test it, Partner agreement and Prices.
- Save, then press Test connection and Test payment 1.00. The StartERP test terminal moves no money; a live machine asks you to confirm first.
- In the POS choose Mada or another card and press Record … payment: the amount goes to the machine and the sale completes once the card is approved.
Tips
- Default card machine: the tills use it unless the cashier picks another one.
- A guide-only provider still helps: the POS knows the machine and the cashier records the approval number by hand.
- Prices are what each provider publishes, with the date they were checked; many banks quote on request. Confirm with the provider before signing.
- Recent card machine payments are listed at the bottom with status, approval number and TEST marks.
