Subscription & billing
Add or remove this store's modules and POS terminals after sign-up and see the cost change, before and with VAT; then pay by bank transfer with the receipt. A removed module stays usable until the date you already paid for, and nothing is refunded. Every price is per store.
Steps
- Open Settings → Subscription & billing. The top card shows your plan and when the trial or the paid period ends; Your modules lists what the store can use now.
- In Modules and cost, tick an add-on module to add it or untick one to remove it (the info icon shows what each one does), and change the POS terminals, licence or subscription and monthly or yearly. A subscription is paid upfront at the start of each month or year.
- Read Your cost: what is due now, line by line, and the renewal before and after the change, each before VAT and with VAT. Press Save changes and confirm.
- Have several stores? Under Also apply to, tick the other stores that should get the same modules added or removed; the confirmation names them. Each store keeps its own plan and terminals and is priced on its own.
- Once the store has paid, a new module waits for its payment: transfer the amount shown, enter the transfer reference, attach the receipt and press Submit for verification. It opens when StartERP accepts the payment.
- To remove a module, untick it and save: it stays usable until your paid date, then its screens close. Your records are kept, and adding it back before that date costs nothing.
- Module history lists every change with the date and who made it. Need a module we don't have yet? Press Request a module.
Tips
- In Modules and cost the add-ons show a page at a time: Search add-on modules finds one by its name or description, the arrows turn the page, and Added shows only the modules ticked, wherever they are in the list.
- Every add-on card has an Add button; once the module is added it says Remove, and one press takes it off again.
- No refunds: removing a module or a terminal lowers your next renewal only; nothing already paid is refunded.
- A module added in the middle of a paid period costs its licence (when bought for the first time) plus its share of the period left; your paid date stays the same.
- With a yearly renewal, Your cost shows how much it saves a year over renewing monthly, before and with VAT; the Yearly button shows the saving in percent.
- During the free trial a change applies at once and its cost joins your first payment.
- A screen whose module the store has not got is hidden from the menu; opening its link says which module it needs.
- Only the store administrator can save changes and submit payments.
- POS hardware shows the store's hardware order: press Order hardware (or Change order) to pick terminals, printers and scanners, or Cancel order. An unpaid order joins the amount to transfer; once the store is paid up it is paid on its own. It cannot change while a payment waits for verification. Paid orders show when they are shipped and delivered.
- Purchases, purchase returns and vendors are one module, “Purchases, purchase returns & vendors”, 50 SAR a month or 500 SAR a year: with it the store gets all three screens. A store that had any of them before has the whole module.
- When StartERP shares prices on request, this page shows your plan, your modules and the amount to transfer, but no price list. Remove or restore modules as usual; to add a module, POS terminals or hardware press Ask for a price and StartERP sends you a proposal.
- Your store may have its own agreed prices; the cost, renewal and amount due here already use them.
- Custom roles are the RBAC add-on: add it here to create your own roles; without it the store uses the ready-made system roles.
