AI usage & limit

Steps

1. Open AI document reading → AI usage & limit. Choose the month at the top.
2. The month's card shows what was spent against the limit; By paper, By person and By day show where it went, and Calls lists each call.
3. Under Limit and Claude, an admin sets the monthly limit in the store's currency and chooses the Claude model.
4. Paste the store's Claude API key (it starts with sk-ant-), press Check the key, then press Save.

Tips

• Claude bills the key in US dollars; the amounts here are converted at the rate shown under the settings.
• When the limit is reached, readings stop until the next month or until an admin raises the limit; a call that fails is not charged.
• Checking the key costs nothing. The key is kept on the server and never shown again in full.
