AI unanswered questions
When the AI assistant cannot answer a question properly, it notes the question with the reason and the tools it tried, so the assistant can be improved. A store's administrators see its questions in Settings → AI models.
Steps
- Each card shows the question in the person's words, why it was not answered, how many times it was asked, who asked it last, where (chat, Talk, an MCP client or the API), the AI model and the tools tried (✓ worked, ✗ failed).
- Filter by reason or search the questions. Once the assistant can answer it, press Mark fixed; press Dismiss for a question that needs nothing. Add a note to tell the team what was done.
Tips
- The same question asked again in the same store adds to its count instead of a new card. Asked again after it was marked fixed, it opens a new card.
- Answers that needed too many steps or that the AI provider broke (a wrong key, no credit) are noted too, with the error.
- In a store, people who can see the settings see the list; people who can change the settings can mark the questions.
