Approval policies
Who signs off which document type and amount band, in which steps. A policy names the document type, the amount from and up to, optionally the creator roles it applies to, and up to five steps: a role (any one of its users, or all of them) or a named person, each with a due time in hours and someone to escalate to. When several policies match, the highest priority wins, then the highest floor. Part of the Workflows & approvals add-on.
