Sidebar configuration
Choose the order and which menu groups and pages appear in the sidebar for everyone in this store, and the page that opens after sign-in, with a live preview.
Steps
- Under Landing page after sign-in, pick the page that opens when someone signs in (the Business dashboard by default).
- Change the order with the ↑ and ↓ arrows on a group or page, or drag its ⋮⋮ grip. A focused grip also moves with the arrow keys, Home and End.
- Use the switch on a group card to show or hide the whole group.
- Untick individual pages inside a group to remove them from the menu.
- Watch the preview on the side to see the resulting menu and how many pages are shown.
- Click Save to apply, or Reset to default to show everything again in the standard order with the Business dashboard as the landing page.
Tips
- Someone whose role can't open the landing page (or whose store no longer has its module) lands on the Business dashboard instead. A link that sent them to sign in still opens the page they asked for.
- Hiding a page only removes it from the menu — links, search and permissions are unchanged. Use RBAC to restrict access.
- Groups or pages marked Off belong to a module that is switched off; click Enable to turn it on in Store settings → Settings.
- Store settings and Sidebar configuration are always shown so you can never lock yourself out.
- The setting applies per store; Undo is available right after saving.
