Lost demand
Why you lose business, and what customers asked for that you did not sell. Lost leads (by the day they were lost) and quotes closed as lost (by the day of the chase) between two dates, by reason with their value, and by item: the part numbers or items typed on a lost lead and the lines of a lost quote, most asked first. A list of parts lost as not in stock is a buying list. Part of the CRM: leads & pipeline add-on.
Steps
- Open CRM → Lost demand and pick the dates (the last 90 days to start).
- Read "By reason" for the price or stock problem, then "Items asked for and not sold" for what to stock or re-price.
Tips
- Type one part number or item per line on a lead (Part request or Items and specs) so each one is counted.
