Quote follow-ups
Every quotation of the last 180 days in one list to chase: its age, the day it stops being valid, and its follow-up. Overdue chases come first, then quotes never chased. Log each call, WhatsApp, email or visit with the next date, or close the quote as won or lost with the reason. A quote turned into a sale shows as Ordered by itself. Part of the CRM: leads & pipeline add-on.
Steps
- Open CRM → Quote follow-ups. "To chase" lists the open quotes whose follow-up is due or was never set; "Expiring soon" those valid for 7 days or less.
- Press "Log chase", pick how you reached the customer, write what was said and the next follow-up date, then Save.
- When the customer decides, pick Won or Lost as the outcome; Lost asks why (price, not in stock, lead time…), which feeds Lost demand.
Tips
- The win rate counts quotes ordered or won against all decided ones: ordered, won, lost and expired.
