Checklist set-up
The lists checklists are made from, starting with your country's steps: each task with its owner, its due day and whether it is required; who does the HR, IT and finance tasks; and each person's user. Part of the Onboarding & exit checklists add-on.
Steps
- Open Onboarding & exit → Checklist set-up. On Lists pick a list to change its tasks: the task, who does it, the due day (days from the start or the last day; negative is before) and Required.
- Press Add task for one more, Joiner list or Leaver list for another list (for example, for drivers), then press Save lists.
- On Who does what choose the users who get the HR, IT and finance tasks of new checklists.
- On People choose each employee's user, so managers and employees get their own tasks.
Tips
- Changes apply to checklists you open from now; open ones keep their tasks.
